SOTI Inc. recently announced several high-profile deals with new clients based in India. The LaLiT Hotels, Reckitt Benckiser and leading enterprise customers of Bharti Airtel are deploying SOTI MobiControl  to manage mobility throughout their respective organizations. Additionally, SOTI today hosted Canadian leaders, including The Honourable Navdeep Singh Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development; High Commissioner for Canada to India Nadir Patel; and representatives from The Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) at its new facilities in India to further promote Canada-India trade relationships.

The announcement follows SOTI’s recent commitment to expanding its footprint in the APAC region, including a state-of-the-art facility and APAC hub headquarters in Gurgaon, India, which houses SOTI’s expanding R&D, sales and technical support for the region.

According to a study by NASSCOM and Deloitte, the global enterprise mobility market (EMM) has been pegged at USD 140 billion by 2020 — with APAC to grow by 21 percent. As per Gartner’s 2016 Hype Cycle for ICT in India, improving a business’ competitiveness and operational efficiencies is the major driver for enterprises adopting Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) throughout the country. Along with the maturity of the solutions offered and functions becoming more standardized, even across industries, the adoption of EMM in India will continue to increase exponentially for another five to 10 years. The India enterprise mobility market is expected to grow from US$ 1.7 billion in 2015 to US$ 2.3 billion in 2017. This scorching pace of growth in enterprise mobility is fueled by the proliferation of smartphones.

SOTI’s deep Android, mobility and IoT expertise has helped it win new deals and expand its operations in the APAC region. Key highlights of SOTI’s new client relationships within the region, include:

·         The LaLiT Hotels: The prestigious five-star India hotel chain is leveraging SOTI MobiControl to enhance sales force operations to improve real-time business intelligence and data analytics.

·         Reckitt Benckiser: The global fast moving consumer goods giant with IT infrastructure operations in India is deploying MobiControl across its operations to maximize efficiencies and best-in-class mobile management.

The partnership between SOTI and Bharti Airtel has enabled extensive growth in key verticals, which include BFSI, manufacturing, market research and e-commerce.

“We are committed to helping customers across the APAC region achieve business transformation through mobility,” said Carl Rodrigues, CEO, SOTI.  “It’s an exciting time to be in India and see the explosion of growth in smartphone use and opportunities for enterprise mobility solutions to support disruptive organizations like The LaLiT Hotels, Reckitt Benckiser and leading enterprise customers of Bharti Airtel.”
